Old Irish literature, primarily transcriptions of tales and poems of the Fiann and Ossianic periods. Also includes various fragmentary religious tracts. Transcribed by John O'Nolan (Seaghn O'Nulain), a minor Irish poet who flourished at the end of the 18th and beginning of the 19th centuries
